ARGUMENTATIVE TEXT: Voted Ballots Before the Designated Time

   General elections are a democratic activity that is held every five years to determine the president, vice president and legislative body. This activity is carried out by all Indonesian people and is chosen directly by the community. This activity is usually marked by campaigns held by parties, especially the parties of the presidential and vice presidential candidates. Pre- and post-election activities look very heated. The reason is that many hoax news stories have been found that undermine each other's presidential and vice presidential candidates.

    As was done by one of the presidential and vice presidential candidates. The pair of presidential and vice presidential candidates said that there was a lot of fraud in this general election. They said that there were many ballot papers that had been opened and voted on for one of the presidential and vice presidential candidates at one of the polling stations. 

    The fraud was just a misunderstanding. The news about the letter being voted on is not true. All ballot papers are still in safe condition and well sealed.

    It is impossible for votes to be cast before the specified time. The letters that we will vote on must have gone through a checking process. So the possibility of fraud in voting is very minimal.

    But all of this comes back to each of us in assessing it. What should be the attitude of a good prospective leader and what actions do we think are more appropriate to take? There may be other ways that some people think are better. But we need to remember that the general election is not an opportunity to bring each other down, but an event to strengthen the unity and unity of Indonesian society.
